ABOUT ELPE HEALTH

 

ELPE Health Pty, Ltd was established in Ulverstone on the Central Coast of the North West region of Tasmania in 2016. It was established in direct correlation to the needs of the community and to provide a multidisciplinary model of services to people in regional Tasmania. One of the main focuses is to tale the services to the people.

 

ELPE Health currently employs and subcontracts a variety of Allied Health professionals including: Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Dietician, Physiotherapist and an Exercise Physiologist at this point in time.

 

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports are provided through Support Coordinators and the Allied Health team. ELPE Health provides each person, choice and control in their supports, assistance to make decisions, and the ability to implement their plans and to achieve their goals.

 

Services and supports are provided throughout the whole of the NW Region, inclusive of the West Coast and Circular Head. All services are delivered to engage, support, aid and inspire people to take a proactive role in their ongoing needs and maintain their independence in the community.

 

ELPE Health has established relationships with the network of health and community service providers in the region. Referrals are accepted from a range of service providers to ensure entry to the organisation and services through a multitude of pathways.

 

The approach of ELPE is to build sustainability by designing and implementing a service model that continuously adapts. This ensures an ever-changing focus and growth in accordance industry and regional needs.
